Our history
Our coffee originates from the San Ignacio and Jaén regions. Productive places are found at elevations ranging from 1200 m to 2 000 m. Coffee grows in a variety of climates, from temperate and warm to wet and chilly. The soils in the geographical areas are rich in nutrients and minerals, allowing for the production of sweet cherry and consistent cup results. The coffee-benefiting procedure is rinsed. On solar tents and unique drying modules, the drying processes are naturally exposed to the sun. We keep coffee in the cellars of our two storage facilities, the San Ignacio warehouse and the main warehouse in Jaén.

Limcof is an Association that currently consists of 814 coffee-producing families formalized since 2016.
We are a visionary association that seeks the well-being and development of its partners, generating a real and sustainable change in the quality of life of each family.
